- Avoid overconfidence attitude. People who have a brain that dilute, which is always a champion in school, had an average GPA of 3.5 in college, have jobs with big incomes, a lot of treasure, a great social status in the past-these can all trigger the attitude too confidence.
This is dangerous. You cannot always predict what will happen. Even if you are smart, rich, always successful in the past, you can fall. You could fail no matter how well our business. At the end you could experience Excessive Stress. Avoiding over-confident attitude is one technique to prevent this Excessive Stress.
- Create a realistic target. Many people create personal goals that are too far without thinking about the potential and facilities. Common sense is ignored, rational calculation removed. Try that you do not include such a person. If you have the skills, talents, and finances are good, still use common sense to achieve your personal goals. Do not think more than what you need to think.
- Avoid comparing yourself with others. Somebody often compare themselves with other people think. They feel more intelligent or more powerful than others, but in fact other people more successful than those people. You might be also not feel smart, so make feel inferior. Take away thoughts like this.
Keep the attitude of comparing yourself with others. You and other people have different ability. In this world you just like you; second to none. Each way of life is not the same despite never experienced the same events: get education in the same school, same college campus, or have the same social status and the same thing other.
If someone else is more successful that’s not solely because he is smarter or more powerful than you. There are many factors that make people seem more successful than others. The truth is role of the Almighty God cannot be ignored from someone’s success. Do not compare yourself with others will prevent Excessive Stress.
- Accept it if your goal is not reached and do something. You might be not achieved your goals because you are lack of diligent, don’t have persistent, and sometimes you just unlucky. It may also be because you are less sensitive to the leadership of God Almighty, or because you desire out of sync with God desire. Not all our plans are always approved by God. Our plans can be different to His will.
- Although difficult, be grateful if you do not achieve what you want. There’s always something wisdom behind every event. Failure can be a lesson in the future and be a blessing to others. Any failure to always keep a good thing, there is the mystery behind the events. We do not know behind the failures in our lives. So, be thankful even if you do not achieve your life goals.
- Try to exercise. Set aside time to exercise. Many who give advice that regular exercise will prevent Excessive Stress. You can walk, run or do other sports regularly. Former President George Bush Jr. has always taken the time to run to reduce stress.
- If you’re married, sleep with your partner regularly. Many surveys show that the husband and wife who have sex regularly can reduce stress. Try to you and your spouse do have sex and enjoy it. However, I would not advise you who is not married to do this. If you are not yet married, consider getting married.Look for an opposite sex as your partner to whom you can channel your love juice so you can also prevent Excessive Stress through sexual intercourse with your partner.

All stresses and tensions are because of past and future, in present they cannot exist.Try to live present . and make very short visits to future and past for making plans and learning lesson respectively .
