For anyone, to sleep at night is the important thing is not to be missed for the sake of maintaining health and fitness. Almost everyone usually can sleep soundly every night if nothing was bothering him. A survey conducted in the UK recently revealed an interesting fact that links the quality of sleep with a pattern of working days. According to the survey, Sunday night is the most difficult for someone especially the workers or employees to be able to rest quietly or sleep.

The survey, involving 3,500 adults and was initiated by hotel chain Travelodge showed nearly 60% of workers get the worst night of sleep quality on Sunday. More than a quarter of the surveyed also admitted to hospital on Monday due to poor quality of their sleep at night. The survey also revealed 80% of respondents slept well on Friday night or the last day after a week of work.

Sleep disturbance is often used as a source of problems reduced concentration at work. This also sparked rift with the boss and even often make a person fall asleep at your desk. Nearly half of respondents said they have decreased concentrations that trigger the error. Another third say they become easily triggered emotions by bosses and co-workers, while another fifth said sometimes sleepy.

The research results also revealed that nearly 23 million workers in Britain claims to have lost time in hours sleep in every night because they are anxious to work the next day. Overcoming a difficult boss character must make an important presentation and failed to meet the deadline are the reasons that emerge as a cause of sleep disturbance experienced by the respondents.

Dr Neil Stanley, an expert from Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, said that fears of job is one of the reasons of loss of sleep, but not the only cause when associated with difficulty sleeping at the time of Saturday night.

“The pattern of sleep has been damaged due to the influence of lying or even stay up. People tend to not do much physical or mental activity on Sundays, and it feels like there is great food that will satisfy the stomach,” says Dr Stanley

Dr Stanley suggests that the best way to fight insomnia is to stay awake and active during the day and maintain a constant sleep patterns. ”What your body really wants is to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day,” he said.
