Determination Objectives Strategy

If you do not know where you are going, maybe you’ll end up in a place you do not want. Therefore, set your goals!

Exploratory steps have been presented to determine whether each of us has explored the ways that strategic goal setting. Here are how to formulate strategic steps which is a guide for you who are going to set goals. Just as an organization goal setting steps, develop personal goals begins with writing statement of purpose (mission). Statement of purpose may include various aspects of life such as career, personality, income, and so forth.

Each goal statement must be translated into a number of targets and action plans. Action plans must be specified based on the strategies needed to achieve them.
PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT
Write down your personal mission in the space provided below. The mission statement reflects the norms, beliefs, and your personal value system.
In it you pour the answers to these questions: (a) What is my purpose? What are the beliefs-beliefs? (B) Are the values of my life? (C) What are my precious values? (D) What is really important to me? (E) How do I want to live my life?

Key roles and Your Goals
1. Identify your key roles in life. For example as children, students, athletes, partners, employees, community leaders, and so forth. Think of it in connection with your mission statement. After that, answer a few questions about yourself: (a) What is the role of my role in a state-line / in harmony with my personal mission? Why? (B) What can I do to better fit the role and my mission?
2. Must be specific. Preview roles such as employment, personal, or community, is too general. Specific roles that will assist you in setting goals to be achieved.
3. Think about specific goals associated with each role. Use the grid below, write your goal statement, try the objectives meet the SMART criteria (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time bound).

4. In a separate paper, develop an action plan for each goal statement. For each action plan:
- Make a list of steps would you take to achieve goals
- Includes the time (when) and names (interested parties) for each phase.
- Complete visualization purposes, and re-specify every necessary step to achieve the goal.
- Identify the obstacles that you may experience in achieving its objectives. Solve the problem and write as a stage in the plan of action.
- Identify the resources you need to achieve goals, and assemble in stages to get the information required in the plan of action.
5. Schedule for each stage of the action steps are recorded on the daily calendar.
6. Make a daily or weekly records on an ongoing basis about the positive steps you are doing, according to the destination.
