People who have experience with panic disorders are not “crazy” and do not need to be in therapy for extended periods of time. There are so many theories on these days about the causes of panic disorders and that’s why every individual has a different treatment to solve their panic disorders. This disorder can be treatable, but you need fast action, because it can be very devastating and debilitating to the person if it goes too far and create other disorders in specific such as phobias. For example, fear of driving the car or fear of leaving the house.
