What is the twinkie diet? This big news is coming for last week from Kansas State University. A professor human nutrition named Mark Haub just did unsual experiment. He found something great theory on diet that called Twinkie Diet.
For ten weeks the professor just ate snack cakes, sugary, and some processed foods. He just ignore meals, and ate more snacks. The snacks such as sugar cereals, cookies, Doritos, chips and other cakes.
The next question is why he wants to try this one? He just wants to prove a point that no matter what you eat, it will make you having lost weight. And its big surprise that he just lost 27lbs. But its not all the story, his cholesterol getting up even you can call “improved” from those experiments.
Well after read this you should open your mind more wide. Because, after he have cholesterol getting up still have positive aspect about this study. Professor want to show you that is no problem that you eat so many snacks even when you try to manage your weight.
But one thing that you need to know about the Twinkie diet experiment is no such thing about measure about mood. Because all of the snacks are including so many sugar. It could be break your blood sugar on your body. And after that you probably have high tension and become moody.
