Deal with stress

How to deal with stress when we want to achieve a purpose in our lives is to integrate aspects of emotion with an optimal ratio by asking a few questions below to yourself.

  1. Should we react emotionally out of control like that?
  2. Assess again if we had realistic expectations?
  3. Can we find another attempt to finally get what we really expect?
  4. Should we pause for a moment we finally get what we expect?
  5. Can we compensate with something else?

For that, it seems we should also reassess our goals by asking a few questions if we are not too ambitious? The extent to which personal potential, intellectual, social and we have the opportunity to achieve these expectations?

The extent to which morale, commitment and perseverance we achieve these expectations? The extent to which we plan to use time and use time well to achieve what we want?

If the ambition is more than potential, lower goals and adjust to our potential. Also accommodate the potential and optimize the utilization of the potential.

If ambition balanced with the potential, then we must increase the power struggle in a more persistent attempt to achieve goals, like get up early and start work earlier and finish work more soluble appropriate physical force possessed.

We must also commit to concentrate with what we do and do not quit before the intention is achieved.

We also used the time to be disciplined by not wasting time and planned in the utilization of the remaining time, perseverance and concentration on the goals to be achieved, and not easily distracted.

Now living we ask ourselves, how far we’ve been through the suggestions above. Good luck.
